Jordan Henderson said to Sky Sports after the match:
“It was hard, as expected. Sheffield United are a good side, they worked hard and made it difficult. They were in the game for long periods but we’re delighted that we kept going and got the three points in the end, which was important for us”.
“They were brilliant. It’s always going to be difficult against McBurnie up top, who’s very good in the air. I thought they worked the game out well, especially in the second half. We created some good chances and probably should have killed the game off with another goal or two. Overall, we’ve got to be delighted with the three points.”
